Logging in to the App

If your organization has enabled app integration, you'll be able to log in to the AdminSports App using the same email and password you use on the AdminSports registration portal and your club website!
If you're having trouble logging in to the AdminSports app using that username and password, check these things:
- Is your sports organization using the AdminSports app? Your login won't work unless your sports organization has set up app integration with us. Not every organization has chosen to use the app.
- Do you have a player or a coach on an active team? Your account is only activated when you have a player or a coach on an active team, so if your player hasn't been put on a team, or your team is not marked as active, your account will not work. Your sports organization chooses which teams are made "active" for any given season. Sometimes an organization will make some age groups active for Team Pages and the app, and some age groups not. Contact your sports organization directly to make sure your participant's team is active.
- Make sure you are using a Family Account. If you are a club admin who has an administrative account on the Admin Portal, that account may be different. It's your Family Account (where you can add your own participants and register them for programs) that will work on this app.
