If you're having trouble logging into the AdminSports mobile app, you’re not alone—and the fix is usually simple! Here’s what you need to know about your credentials and how to access your account smoothly.


✅ Use the Same Login as the Registration Platform

Your AdminSports mobile app login is the same as the one you use to register players on the AdminSports registration platform. That means:


  • You do not need to create a separate username or password just for the app.

  • If you can log into the registration site, you can log into the app using those same credentials.

👥 What If More Than One Person Needs Access?

Many families have multiple users—like a parent and a coach—who need access to the same account. Here’s how it works:

If your account has a secondary email associated with it (e.g., dad's email added to mom's original registration account), then both users can log in separately with their own email addresses. Here's how:


  • The primary account holder (e.g., mom) can sign in with her email and access the Player role.

  • The secondary account holder (e.g., dad) can go to the registration platform, choose "Forgot Password" under his email, and set a password for himself.

  • Once that’s done, dad can sign into the app with his own email and password, and access both the Player and Coach roles, if he’s registered as a coach.

📝 Example:

  • Mom registers the player using her email: [email protected]

  • Dad is added as a secondary contact: [email protected] and is also registered as a coach

  • Mom logs into the app with her email and password to access the Player role

  • Dad sets a password for his email on the registration platform, then logs in with his credentials to access both the Player and Coach roles

🔒 Need to Reset Your Password?

If you're unsure what your password is, just head to the registration platform and click on “Forgot Password”. You’ll be able to reset it for any email linked to your account.


📱 Once updated, that same password will work in the mobile app immediately.
