The AdminSports registration platform is the source of truth for all data shown in our mobile app. This is what makes our app unique—everything you see is pulled in real time from the registration system. That means when you update something on the registration platform, it will automatically sync to the app—no duplicate entry or extra steps required.


Want your player’s photo to show up in the mobile app? It’s a simple process—and it starts on the AdminSports registration platform, not in the app itself.


Follow these steps to upload a photo and have it appear on your team’s Roster page in the app:

  1. Sign In to the Registration Platform
    Head to the AdminSports registration site and log in using your account credentials.

  2. Navigate to Your Family Page
    Once logged in, click into your Family Page to view your registered players.

  3. Find Your Player’s Profile
    Scroll down until you see the list of players associated with your account.

  4. Click “Edit” Next to the Player’s Name
    This will open the player’s registration details.

  5. Scroll to the “Picture” Section
    Near the bottom of the page, you’ll find the upload area for your player’s photo.

     6. Upload a Valid Image
    • File type must be .PNG or .JPG

    • Image size must be 200x200 pixels or smaller

     7. Click “Save”
        Don’t forget this step—your changes won’t be applied unless you save the update!


🔁 Syncing With the Mobile App

Once the photo is uploaded and saved:

  • The image will automatically populate on the Roster page within the AdminSports mobile app.

  • If you don’t see it right away, refresh the app (or fully close and reopen it) to see the updated photo.
