How to Opt Out of Displaying Your Contact Info

We understand that privacy matters. In the AdminSports mobile app, parent contact information is visible on the team roster by default—but if you’d prefer to keep your details private, you can easily opt out.

Since our app pulls data in real time from the AdminSports registration platform, any privacy preferences you set there will automatically apply to the mobile app.

Here’s how to manage your visibility:

1. Log In to the Registration Platform
   Visit the AdminSports registration site and log in with your account credentials.
   
   

2. Go to Your Family Page
   Once signed in, click into your Family Page to access all your household’s registration details.
   
   

3. Click “Edit Family Information”
   In the Options section, you’ll see a button labeled Edit Family Information. Click this to make changes.
   
   

4. Find the Opt-Out Section
   Scroll down the page to the section just beneath your Username and Password. You’ll see a checkbox labeled:
   “Opt-out of AdminSports App Parental Team Share”

• If your account has two email addresses listed (e.g., one for each parent), you’ll see two checkboxes—one for each contact.
• Simply check the box next to the contact(s) you’d like to hide from the mobile app roster.

• Be sure to scroll to the bottom and hit Save to confirm your changes.

Once you opt out:

• Your name, email, and phone number will no longer appear to other users on your player’s profile on the Roster page of the mobile app.
  
  

• Coaches and club admins will still have access to your contact info for team management purposes.
  
  

Need to make yourself visible again? Just follow the same steps and uncheck the box.
