Club Admin Overview


The AdminSports mobile app provides Admins with elevated access and tools to oversee all teams within a program during the active season. As a Club Admin, you can view team activity, communicate across multiple teams, and manage team events and updates with ease. This guide walks you through how to navigate the app as a Club Admin and make the most of your program-wide tools.


Getting Started


1. Sign In to the App

Log in using your AdminSports registration credentials. Once signed in, you’ll land on the home screen.


2. Select the Club Admin Role

Scroll all the way down to see the Administration section. 


Tap on the green eye icon to your club’s management tools.
This is where you’ll be able to find an individual team or submit bulk actions to create blast messages, news or events. 


Main Admin Menu Overview


Once in the Admin view, you’ll have access to a suite of tools that allow you to either manage a specific team directly or send bulk messages, news posts, or events across all active teams within the program for the current season.

Viewing an Individual Team

If you’re looking for a specific team, click the green Manage button. From there, select your club, season, program, and then the team name. Once you’ve found the team, click the green eye icon to view its details.


You’ll have the same access as a coach—meaning you can create a news post, message, or event. You can also view the team’s Player Attendance, Player Notes (visible only to Coaches and Admins), and Player Information.

Performing Bulk Actions for Multiple Teams

If you’d like to perform a bulk action—such as creating a news post, message, or event for multiple teams—start by clicking the green Manage button. Then, select your club, season, program(s), and team(s), and click Search.


A list of teams matching your filters will appear below. Use the checkboxes on the left to select the teams you want to include. Once selected, click the corresponding Create News, Create Message, or Create Events bulk action button (you can only choose one at a time).


Complete the required information on the prompt screen, then click Submit. Once submitted, all members of those teams will receive notifications (if they’ve enabled them on their mobile devices).
